神经外科简介

"神经外科是我院较早独立建科的科室,经过近几十年的建设和发展,现已成为我市神经外科临床、教学、科研和人才培训中心。
一、学科队伍:科室现有医生12人,其中主任医师3人、副主任医师4人、主治医师2人、具有硕士学位5人,在读博士1人。学科带头人方志敏教授系福建省神经外科学会常务委员,是我市本学科的领军人物。
二、工作业绩:科室开放床位65张,年均门诊人数7500余人次,住院病人数1500余人次,每年完成各类手术400余台,是我市本专业中诊治病种最多的科室。近年来获市级科技成果奖2项。
三、硬件设施:具备了开展现代神经外科各类诊疗所需的先进设备,包括螺旋CT(128排)、DSA(数字减影机)、3.0TMRI、高档手术显微镜、神经内镜、神经外科手术动力系统、脑电图仪、颅内压监护仪等仪器设备。
四、专业内容:目前已开展的临床诊疗项目几乎涵盖了所有神经外科疾病。主要诊治疾病有颅脑损伤、脑积水、椎管内肿瘤、脑动脉瘤、脑血管畸形、硬脑膜动静脉瘘、缺血性脑血管病(如颈动脉狭窄、脑梗塞、烟雾病等)、高血压性脑出血、大脑半球、各类颅底 脑中线部位及脑干肿瘤、垂体瘤及其它鞍区肿瘤(如脑膜瘤、颅咽管瘤等)、三叉神经痛、面肌痉挛等等。尤其在脑动脉瘤、脑动静脉畸形、颈动脉与颅内动脉狭窄等脑血管性疾病的诊治方面,具备开刀与介入治疗双管齐下的技术优势,是本市目前唯一可独立对脑血管病进行开颅或介入治疗的单位。"
